Return and Exchange Policy

At Paluzo, we want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy below for all the details.

1. Returns

We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition (with tags and packaging intact). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless specified)

2. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or design, please follow the return process and place a new order for the exchange. If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll assist you in processing the exchange.

How to request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@paluzo.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
  3. Once the item is returned to us and processed, we will ship the new product.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@paluzo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Return shipping costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure it is received.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@paluzo.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Late Returns

Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date may be refused or subject to a partial refund depending on the condition of the item.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order is processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may return the item following our standard return process.
